I MADE IT!!!

Okay, I just have to say, I made it. By the Grace of God, but I made it. This weekend was just HUGE! I don't think I could have packed anymore into it than I did. It all started on Friday, some of my mother-in-law's family from Southern Ohio came in for the weekend. They took us out to dinner (Isaac was on his way home from his service trip, but had not quite made it for dinner.) Then @ 11:00pm that evening our Granny Sue arrived in from Tulsa, OK. Isaac went to pick her up from the airport. Then on Saturday morning I had to help run a wedding shower for my brother's wedding that is coming up on Aug. 5th. I got there around 11 and was able to leave around 1. It went very well. Miss Brandee's cake went over like a Dream. Everyone loved it. Then from there I had to go back to my house and pick up my husband and head to a benefit concert for our church, that was being held at a park pavillion. My parent's group Sonrise Quartet sang, I sang, and a few other people. There was tons of food, and a large raffle with tons of give aways. It was very much a blessing. My husband even had a good time, he and a few other guys and a ton of kids, went and played soft ball. None of them had mits. It was quite funny to watch, but they had a blast. But by around 8:00 I was ready to go home, and not to mention my extremely tired little girl. So that was the end of Saturday. Onto Sunday, we went to church, then we went out to lunch, then I dropped Isaac off at home and went to Brandee's for a candle party open house. Then I had to go to Walmart and pick up a few last items for dinner that evening. I was cooking for 19 people. So I went home layed down for about 20 minutes and got up and started to cook. Everyone arrived aroung 7:00. I had a house full to say the least. There were 8 Adults and 11 Kids. But it went awesome. We had plenty of food. Everyone stayed and chatted until about 10:30. When the day ended I could not believe I had done all that I did. But by the grace of God and help from my wonderful husband, I did make it. I am looking forward to the next couple of days recoup'.
