My Baby Girl!!!!
Okay, I am just a little bit excited!! Avie is learning to swim....she is not even 16 months old yet. I put water wings on her the other day for the first time and let her float, she did rather well. Well, today she decided that she could do it all by herself. My sister Melissa would hold her and then she would swim to me. She kicked her little-self all the way to me. I was sooooo proud! I think at this point my head is swelling just a little! She amazes me so much. She is growing so fast and learning all the time. I guess I am just having a proud-mother moment right now!! Just couldn't wait to share.

Ohhh how cute! Way to go Avie!!! It doesn't slow down either once they start to take off that's it! I'm glad she isn't afraid of the water and that you have so many pools to play in!
Oh, that's awesome! I wish that we could take Luke swimming more often. :( No pools around us, really. You're lucky!
Be thankful that she isn't afraid of water! My first two were and it's been a *pain*. My youngest is not and we've had a blast in the pool this year. Keep working with her and cherish every moment ~ it goes by quickly!
Did you take pictures? That's too cute! Zach was that way, born to swim. When he was that age, he'd just jump off the end of the dock at the lake and scare the hell out of me. Josh and Sammy were the opposite, terrified to get their toes wet. Thank goodness they outgrew that.
